Education ProgramBecause the future of our business depends on agents who are well-educated and well-informed, we highly recommend LUTC and CLU classes and membership in your Local Underwriters Association. For qualifying agents, the company will pay tuition fees upon completion of LUTC and CLU courses and supplement Local Underwriters Association dues.

Career Training
TAP... Training Agents Professionally, our state-of-the-art training program, is held in our home office facility. TAP covers all aspects of the sales cycle, including prospecting, warm-up, approach, presentation, and closing. The course also includes product knowledge, time control, and client service.
